Returns and Exchanges
When you order from us online, you are entitled to return the goods to us within 7 working days from the day after you receive your order (after that time you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange). You must contact our customer services department within this timescale to obtain a returns reference number. Authorised returns must be sent to the following address:

You will be responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all packaging, labels and tags attached. You are responsible for the delivery cost of any returns and ensuring that all goods are insured during transit. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery service for the delivery of your order, this service provides proof of delivery and insurance of the goods in transit, and we recommend that you send returns using a similar service.
Certain items are excluded from being returned, unless we are at fault. All personalised items and pierced jewellery are excluded from the returns guarantee.
You are entitled to return your order to us to exchange it for an alternative product within the returns period as noted in Returns period.
If you wish to cancel your order while waiting for your order to be delivered, please contact us by phone or email. Please quote your name and order reference in any correspondence with us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
